The Commissioned Corps Headquarters updated CCMIS to reflect PHU updates. Effective January 1, 2023 the following significant changes include:

Virtual PHUs are no longer accepted. The Medical Affairs Branch (MAB) recognizes there are rare circumstances when in-person physicals are not possible. In those instances, MAB should be contacted immediately with documentation justifying the cause.
